A Sunset Park man who works as a janitor in an East Flatbushmiddle school was arrested on Monday for repeatedly raping a13-year-old student in the school basement over the course of fivemonths.
Ambiorix Rodriguez, 32, was employed at the Middle School ofMarketing and Legal Studies since 2000 and had no previous criminalrecord. He has since been fired and published reports state thatthe Department of Education has placed his name on a Do Not Hirelist.Rodriguez’s relations with the girl are believed to be consensual,but she is below the age of consent. He faces charges of rape,sexual abuse and a criminal sex act.Leave a Reply
