Stayin’ alive — 2001 Odyssey disco to be reborn for one night to mark “Saturday Night Fever” 40th anniversary

Stayin’ alive!

For one night, the famous 2001 Odyssey Disco Club featured in the classic film “Saturday Night Fever” will be resurrected to mark the film’s 40th anniversary with a VIP Reception.

The party, held on Wednesday, December 13 at 802 64th Street, now the Bamboo Garden, will celebrate the film with live performances, special guests that include cast members of the film and other celebrities.

The venue, now a restaurant, will be transformed into a disco extravaganza with a lighted dance floor, attendees dressed in 70s attire, cocktails and food tastings from the film and more.

The evening will be hosted by Italian television personality Gianluca Mech and will feature performances by the Tramps, Carol Douglas, Randy from the Village People and others.

Admission is free. To RSVP, visit www.40thanniversaryreception.com.
